SportsCare Express is a walk-in orthopedic service that treats patients of all ages with acute orthopedic conditions requiring immediate attention, including sprains, strains, closed fractures, and other acute sports or work-related injuries. Our walk-in injury clinic is staffed by certified physician assistants and nurse practitioners who specialize in orthopedic injuries.  Our mid-levels work closely with the Crouse sports medicine physicians: Dr. Daniel DiChristina, Dr. Michael Wiese, Dr. Brad Raphael and Dr. Irving Raphael, who are always available for consultations if necessary. Sportscare Express is equipped with on-site digital x-ray technology for assistance with efficient diagnosis of acute injuries.
