We are proud to introduce the Orthopedics East Throwing Lab, a new service that is conveniently located a short distance from our orthopedic clinic. Our throwing lab currently serves as a baseball/softball throwing mechanics analysis lab. 

Each throwing lab visit consists of:

• A videotaping session in our state-of-the-art lab
• One-on-one video analysis of the athlete’s throwing motion with Dr. DiChristina

Benefits to a throwing mechanics evaluation include:

• Injury prevention
• Improving throwing form, speed, and accuracy
